We also maintain an email list through Flodesk and host an online course through Heartbeat. We operate an Instagram business account (@millennialstonecleaner) and use the Meta Graph API, in conjunction with the third-party automation tool Pabbly Connect, to manage comments on our Instagram posts. This integration allows us to respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and remove spam or abusive comments more efficiently.

Information We Receive from Instagram

When a user comments on one of our Instagram posts, the Meta Graph API provides us with:

  • The Instagram username and user ID of the person who commented
  • The text content of the comment
  • The comment ID and the ID of the post the comment was made on
  • The timestamp of the comment

How We Use This Information

  • To send automated replies to customer questions about our products, services, and educational content
  • To moderate spam, abusive language, or content that violates Instagram’s Community Guidelines
  • To maintain a record of customer interactions for service-quality and follow-up purposes

Where This Information Is Stored

Comment data is processed through Pabbly Connect (https://www.pabbly.com/privacy-policy/) and stored in our Airtable database (https://www.airtable.com/company/privacy). We do not share Instagram comment data with any other third parties.

Retention

We retain Instagram comment records for up to 24 months for service-quality purposes, after which they are automatically deleted. Users may request earlier deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions page.

Your Rights

Our use of information received from Meta Platforms adheres to the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms/) and the Meta Developer Policies (https://developers.facebook.com/devpolicy/), including the Limited Use requirements.
